How much is postage & how are my items sent back?Postage is free on all orders from the UK this includes sending your original tape packs back to you by first class delivery with a proof of posting (allowing a claim up to £32). If you wish the items to be covered for more do choose the Special Delivery option or if you want to ensure you sign for the item choose recorded delivery. For overseas orders please do choose the insured option if you want to ensure you receive your original back. For all the postage rates click here 3. Where do we send our items once we have made payment?Once we receive your payment we will get in touch with you and send you details of where to send your items and a likely turnaround time. It is a good idea to send us an email with details of the items you wanted converting. Once we receive the items we will begin the conversion. 4. How quick do you turn the items around?We aim to turn your order around with 7 days, but this can vary according to the time of year. If you need a firmer idea please get in touch and we will confirm a conversion time. If you want a speedier delivery choose the Option 3 Special Delivery option at the checkout. 5. My tape is very long will it fit onto 1 CD?Where the original tape is 80 minutes or more we will split the set into 2 CDs, this is because the maximum music on a single CD is only 80 minutes. We will have to charge you for the extra for the second CD, however we will give you the option to just have 1 and miss out the remaining minutes. We will email you if this is the case. 6. Do the finished CDRs & DVDRs have track points / chapters?Yes, roughly every 5 minutes or so . DVDs have a Title page with a clip from the video and buttons to skip to various part of the DVD. 7. What will the quality of the end product be like?The finished CDs or DVD will be sound and look as good as the original tape or video you send to us. We provide a printed label to the item with the event name and DJ. This is then sent back to you in a plastic wallet in a padded bag. If your item is a copy of a copy quality will not be as good as from an original recording. 9. Do you convert non rave tapes like home recordings?Yes we do convert any sort of items/audio. We have convert lots of things from rave tapes, to peoples band demo tapes from when they were at school, karaoke recordings of people to play at a Hen party, speech recitals and beloved mix tapes from people teenage years. 10. I want a copy of one of the tapes you are selling in your tapepack shop is that possible?Yes it is just place your order and email your choice of Promoter, event and DJ choice. Each tape in a tape pack would be separate set so for entire 8 pack you would need to purchase 8 sets. Do make sure that item is in stock.
