Please make sure that when you return an item you return it complete with the receipt you will have received with the original order. All returns/exchanges must be returned unworn within 7 days of receipt. Clothing cannot be exchanged/refunded if it has any visible signs of being worn.

You will have to pay the postage for the return and for the replacement being sent out. If you are unsure of the fit/measurements of any of the garments please email us BEFORE you order and we will gladly help you in any way. Please note that the original shipping charge will not be reimbursed upon exchange/refund. We aim to process all exchanges/returns within one week of receipt. Please feel free to call/email us to check on the status of returns/exchanges.

All Refunds will be charged a minimum administration fee of the original postage, packaging & handling costs which will be at least £5

Faulty Items: We will only offer refunds on faulty UNWORN items. Being experienced ravers, we are aware of the stress that garments can be put through during hard raving and will not accept responsibility for damage or faults caused by or acquired during hard stomping! Please inspect your garment before partying and contact us immediately if there is a problem so that a solution can be agreed.

If you provide exact measurements and you item is therefore custom made and the fit is incorrect due to the wrong measurement, we will only exchange the item (not refund). You will be responsible for all return postage costs.
